outfit, lengthen or shorten almost any necklace or bracelet
on our site, or even design your own jewelry for a special

designing your piece from scratch or from a picture.
Do you design
jewelry for brides and bridal parties?
Just like
a customized piece, we can also work with you to make
all the jewelry you need for your special event. From
what you are wearing down the aisle to bridesmaid gifts
and mother-of-the-bride gifts, we will work with you step-by-step
to design the look that you want. Simply email Cindy at

and your specific need and we will contact you as soon
as possible to start designing your special request.
Wholesale
Merchant Accounts:
If you
would like to start a wholesale merchant account and purchase
items at wholesale rates that you see on our website,
please email your request along with your retail or company

Payment Options:
For your
convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, check or money
order. When using a credit card, for your protection we
require the use of your credit card security code, the
last three digits on the signature panel on the back of
the card. During the checkout process, you will be given
a space to provide us with the security code. If you would
like to pay by check or money order please allow 10 days
for your checks to clear before we process your order.

I buy a Gift Certificate?
As always, at Morgan
Le Faye Jewelry we strive to meet your shopping needs
in a variety of ways. If you can’t seem to make
up your mind and would like to give that choice to someone
else in the form of a gift certificate, you can do so
by e-mailing your request to Cindy at cindy@mlfjewelry.com.
Do I have to
pay tax?
At the current time,
residents of the State of California have to pay tax at
the rate of 7.75%.
How long will
it take for my order to arrive?
We will do our very best
to send your order as soon as it is recieved. Your order
should arrive within 7 days of order confirmation.
What happens
once I place my order online?
Once you place an order
online, we will send you an email confirmation with an
order number. Then we will begin processing your order
to send it out to you in a timely manner. In the unlikely
event that there will be a delay in processing your order
we will contact you as soon as possible regarding your
order. As always, we will be willing to work with you
to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your
online shopping experience.

paper catalog?
At present time pictures
of our products are only available online. As our company
grows we will be producing a paper catalog.
What if my order
arrives damaged?
If your order arrives
damaged in any way, please send it back to us immediately
and we will repair it, refund or credit you as soon as
we receive the order back from you. We will also credit
you the amount you spent to have it shipped back to us.
